DeAnna Davis has been a licensed real estate salesperson since 2003 and a sales representative of Keller Williams.  Currently, she holds a position on KW Agent Leadership Council, is a designated KW Diversity Agent, a URA Loan Review Committee member, is Vice Chair of the National Opera House, and works closely with several nonprofits through the City of Pittsburgh. She also serves as a member of the Ethnic Committee for Realtor Association Metro Pittsburgh.

DeAnna is also the Founder and CEO of DJD Enterprise LLC, founded in 2015. DJD Enterprise's mission is to serve as a liaison between developers, the community, and development projects.  As the liaison, DJD works with developers from start to finish on several development projects in Pittsburgh and strategically connects architects, financial institutions, the city of Pittsburgh zoning board, and communities to develop projects in our communities. One of her successful projects is converting an abandoned mechanical shop in the East Liberty area. The firm works with clients by aiding clients in obtaining financing and creating a plan for the reuse of the constructed building by obtaining the proper permits.
